Top 10 Internet Explorer Shortcut Keys

Do you know all 10? I have to admit, I’d forgotten 1 or 2. Perhaps we’ve missed one you can share in a comment.

  1. Alt = Show the menu bar. After you make a selection, the menu bar goes away.
  2. Alt+M = Navigate to your homepage.
  3. Alt+C = View your favorites, feeds, and browsing history.
  4. Ctrl+J = Open Download Manager.
  5. Ctrl+L = Highlights the text in the Address bar.
  6. Ctrl+D = Bookmark a webpage to your favorites.
  7. Ctrl+B = Organize your favorites.
  8. Ctrl+T = Opens a new tab
  9. F5 = Refreshing/Reloading a current webpage
  10. Ctrl+F4 = Exiting a current tab
